Bath-based Connector, Consultant & Space Operator

I'm Tom

In 2013 I helped set up Bath's first coworking space in partnership with the local council.  7 years later The Guild has over 200 members, and is growing (despite having a Regus Spaces coworking hub open 25m from our front door).

I now sit on the board of the not for profit which leases the space, and I operate and staff it myself.  I also work with individuals, companies and local councils on their own spaces- either on a consultancy or JV basis.

Most recently I set up a new kind of members' club here in Bath which aims to connect professionals together work wise, and socially without old fashioned formal networking.  Think of it as somewhere between a cafe and a coworking space.

Through the experiences I have had over the past 7 years I can help you make your space successful whether you are setting up, are established and looking to grow, or if you are a landlord or developer looking for new ways to unlock value in your spaces.

I also offer limited pro-bono phone sessions for those just starting up their spaces, or are thinking about getting set up.

I'm an established coworking hub operator and coworking consultant.  I offer phone, video and in person consultancy sessions.

If you prefer to learn at your own pace then I also have a digital learning platform where I offer courses in coworking management and operation.

Also check out my podcast about all things coworking (also on the other main podcast platforms).
